Experiencing Repetitive Stress Injury?  What is RSI?
RSI, also known as repetitive stress injury or overuse syndrome, occurs when muscles, tendons, or nerves are repeatedly stressed, leading to pain, weakness, tingling, or numbness in the affected area. It often develops gradually and can result from activities such as typing, using a mouse, playing musical instruments, or performing repetitive manual tasks at work or in sports.

I’ve been looking at CoC Grippers for a while and had been hesitant to proceed due to the cost. Very happy I finally pulled the trigger. The quality is amazing and they’ll likely outlast me. I always had people comment on the strength of my handshake growing up so figured my natural grip was slightly above average. Went with the Advance Pack and could close the Trainer a few times out of the box, managed to get the No. 1 on both hands after a day or two of learning how to set correctly. Couldn’t close the No. 2 at all until 1-2 weeks in (still a few mm away on my left hand). Now repping the Trainer up to 10 times and can easily go for more if working active recovery, 3-5 reps on the No. 1 with each hand is now my working set (best range for strength training and product longevity). I presume the No. 2 will continue to become easier over the coming month as I progress. Very keen to keep going and will be looking to pick up the 2.5 and 3 sometime soon. Be sure to look at the Extensor Hand Bands to maintain good hand health and reduce muscle imbalances. Also wouldn’t overdo training frequency – 2-3 times a week seems to produce the best results. The service from Grip & Lift was great as well with the products arriving within a couple of days (SA to QLD).
