Got my CoC #1 yesterday (Sydney) from Grip and Lift with standard postage. Stoked with the quick arrival and the packaging everything came in and what not. Also bought the extensor hand bands which I’m super happy with aswell.

Only took a day and a half to receive, packaged well, being 6 foot three 270 pounds I could barely close it, do yourself a favour use chalk and pick up the extensor hand bands by Grip & Lift….. you’ll thank me later
